Fearless Commerce was founded in 2017 by Black Women for Black Women. We have honored and supported courageous Black Women business owners who have transcended barriers throughout their building journey.

Our Story

Shawntera and Camille are committed to amplifying and accelerating businesses owned by Black Women. They both own and operate several businesses and understand the importance of being seen and invested in.

In 2017, the two found themselves disheartened by the lack of representation of Black women business owners in local and national publications and platforms. This started the journey that birthed Fearless Commerce and the journey continues.

Shawntera and Camille are relentless in their pursuit of sharing the voices, the stories, the images, and the products/services of Black Women business owners. They strongly believe that Black Women can build high-growth and competitive businesses that power our economy.

Though we are often overlooked and underfunded, Black Women are one of the fastest-growing groups of business starters and yield some of the highest returns in the United States of America.

To ensure narrative change and sustainability, Fearless Commerce has developed offerings that put Black Women on the path to building healthy and high-growth businesses. Our programming meets owners where they are on their journey and positions them to obtain the resources they need to scale.
